This month's beer class will be led by Sierra Nevada. Their hop-forward, winter seasonal Celebration Ale is a great example of a fresh-hopped beer. As we discuss how brewers use wet hops and fresh hops in brewing, we'll taste draft pours of Celebration and several other beers that feature the freshest hops to come from the fields.
