Participants in this class will learn about various flavors of malt and how they come about. You'll get to taste the malt grains side-by-side with tasting pours of beers that feature these malts: Pilsner malt, pale ale malt, Munich malt, wheat malt, toasted malt, crystal malt, black malt and roast barley.
