Taproom's "Palate Practice" series gives us the chance to explore the world of taste. Every session features a different topic and discussion, and helps us put words to our tasting experiences. These FREE sessions are open to everyone! 

April's Palate Practice session involves dried fruit. Jared and Jonathan will lead us in an informal tasting and discussion on various dried fruits, including different raisins, dried cranberries, prunes, dried currants, etc. We'll cap off the session with a quick tasting of brewed natural sundried coffee, which involves the coffee cherries drying onto the coffee bean before they're processed further.
